★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slowest service I have ever received at a bank, not enough tellers working?? Also Ive never had an issue depositing business cheques until coming to this branch. Sometimes the cheques are addressed to the doctor of the office (there are multiple practitioners in the office) not the business name itself and they constantly have an issue with it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid this bank at all costs! Stood in line numerous times for over 30-40 mins. Asked if i could deposit my payroll in the atm instead of waiting and was told i have a 2500$ limit. Deposited my payroll into the atm and they held it for 5 days. Went back to the bank to dispute the issue and they shrugged their shoulders at me when it was THEIR FAULT. Worst customer service i have ever experienced in my life. 0-5 Stars

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This location of RbC is straight no. Manager is rude and there is no business line. Everybody is a trainee and 2-3 people are only senior employees . Probably employee turnover ratio is pretty high. I mean we pay so much money and fees as a business people but they make business people wait for an hour. Time to leave RBC and this location for sure.
Upper management should focus on training and hiring right people.
Manager always have excuses about starting late shifts and lunch’s and all but no apology for fixing the situation or making people suffer. Only two counters are working as they have no employees

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ RBC Scott road branch is one of the place where I started to build my credit without my asking they gave me great ideas and suggestions which helps me a lot in my build my credit history, all staff including bank manager are the finest people I find out who love to listen and solve every day banking issues. Good work keep it up ??
