★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Phone menus were frustrating and all over the place, but location staff were excellent and very fast; they laid out upcoming plans and options unprompted, and were overall excellent. I do recommend going in person anyways, rather then wrestling with the phone lines.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We recently had a poor experience with this branch. We had a Saturday appointment with Efren. The appointment went okay. We were hoping to get answers during the appointment but understand that couldn't be the case. Efren looked at his Monday calendar and said he would work on our file 10:30am and email us later that day. Thursday evening hit and still absolutely no contact. We called the main number as the branch was closed and they were going to have Efren contact us. Friday 4pm hit and still no word from Efren. We called again and this time RBC got a hold of Efren and he spoke with us. I did not appreciate the lack of contact and lack of upholding the agreed to time. If he was unable to complete our file by the time he intended he should have still upheld his promise to email Monday and let us know he needed more time. Instead it took him a week and we had to contact him a couple times, he never initiated the contact himself. We will not have another appointment with Efren and we will not be recommending him to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The covid hours are ridiculous! I understand were in a pandemic and you need to keep your staff safe. However, there are still customers of yours who work Monday-Friday 8 to 3, who physically cannot do their banking business during your alloted hours.
May as well take my business elsewhere since I have to drive to the city anyways. ?♀️?♀️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The people are great when you're actually able to talk to them. The phone banking is the most frustrating thing on this planet. You'll listen to 2 minutes of prerecorded message before the menu starts, and then sit there navigating a maze of saying the wrong thing to the computer just to have it disconnect. I'd close my account but I can't talk to anyone to actually do it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I call the number on the back of my credit card, the computer guy has the balance and available credit mixed up. It always says the balance for the available credit and the available credit for the balance! Fix this please!
