β β β β β Worst branch of RBC to do any business with, RBC is a good bank but the workers in this branch especially the Manager is the worst personal to have a meeting with. He has no respect for clients time. He wasted over 1hour of my time without humour.

β β β β β I used to go into this location years ago when I lived in the neighbourhood and found it so slow and tedious, but recently went back and was floored by Evelyn's customer service. Have to give her credit.

β β β β β Great service, caring and knowlegable staff. If a disabled person comes in to the branch for teller service they take the extra time, if needed, to help that person. Wait times are better than in the past.

β β β β β Horrible, horrible service at the 650 Danforth Avenue location. Each branch operates under their own management style. There is no company-wide protocol that every branch follows. This branch makes it as difficult as possible for anyone who is not an RBC customer to get service. The bank reps act like they're high and mighty, when in fact, they are unwilling to admit that they have no experience or knowledge in helping solve a problem. The manager is nowhere to be found during the day, and the manager's schedule is kept secret from anyone wishing to see him. I was told by the call centre person to come by the branch every day in the hope that the manager will be in, because his schedule is not made available to the general public!

β β β β β This is the worst bank I've ever been to! I booked an appointment with an advisor! The adviser knew nothing! I asked him a question and he literally googled it and let me to read it by myself! He made mistake in opening an account and wasted my next hour to stay to unlock the account as it got locked when a teller tried to log me in by online banking! I gave up on half of my tasks that day to do it with another advisor in another branch! Such a disappointment for RBC!

β β β β β Problems with a new account I set up on line. The bank manager Johnnie Him, helped out immediately. He has great people skills, able to defuse one very irate customer and sort things out. Exceptional customer service. I will make this my bank.
