★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can we give this branch negative stars? Seems like the everyone who works there ignores voicemails and emails. Margit Stein is another one just like Margo.
I went in to refinance my mortgage and once she had me invest into mutual funds she never answered my phone calls or emails ever to finish the mortgage. I had to go to another bank to get it done.
Save yourself some time. Don't do business at this branch.

In a nutshell:
Over 1 month ago we obtained an RBC bank draft for a house down payment. Bank draft was not used, ripped.
Wife went to this RBC a week later for a new bank draft, wife was told by the person at the counter at the time she should return to this branch in 1 month and the money from the original bank draft will be back in.
Wife returned today and was told that she has to apply for something and it usually takes 10 business days for the money to be returned.
Wife asked if there was anything that can be done, then overheard the manager say to someone "... she ripped it so that's on her".
1) RBC we were not informed of this additional application to be done after a month before the funds are to be returned. If we were informed then we would have requested for an extension for documents and house possession.
2) If that is how you speak about us your RBC clients behind our backs, we should really think twice.
Possession date is in 10 days, if we lose this house, it's on you RBC.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slowest branch by far, come in to simply make an exchange - I've now been here for 20 minutes and the line has not moved. Save your time and drive to another city if you're needing quick service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Literally standing in line right now, the line is huge, and two tellers went to go hide in the back?! All chatting with each other, wandering around. When I finally got to the teller he didn’t speak loud enough through the mask for me to hear. Terrible experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I want to give the stars if exist in minus. I had a terrible experience with Margo Stevenson. I don't know how she work that it takes near about two months to submit an application for which the processing time is only 3-5 business days. Wasted two month with her and recommending others not to waste yours time. Such a careless staff who do not reply to emails and never call back.
