I'm somewhat lost for words when I try to articulate my experiences in this branch. It is nauseating. The perfect storm of incompetence, indifference and rudeness. It's quite scary. This bank branch make life changing decisions without communicating with their customers, they 'take the initiative' and destroy lives and livelihoods. Disgusting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid this branch if you have a choice. The speed of service is just terrible to a point where they will serve a new customer every 20 mins. The manager of this branch (Or the meet and greet guy) knows that they are understaffed too by detering people to use online banking instead while you wait in line.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an appointment to open a bank account with Andrew lee, they send you text and email to remind but when the time comes for them to call and open account then they don't call you. What a waste of time. You walk to the brand they are all confused and slow. It takes an hour for just a simple transaction. I'm gonna close my personal bank account too and move it to TD
