I really had the pleasure of visiting this branch and I highly appreciate the customer service provided by the East Indian Teller Darshana Sanggar. She made me feel very comfortable and provided all the information that I needed. She was very friendly and helpful. I look forward to visit this branch again.

Worst bank location of them all. Honestly the older east indian lady is the worst. She will keep you there as long as she can, sell you things you don't want, completely rude service. For people who's jobs are becoming obsolete by computers you'd think they would try to be more efficient. I DON'T HAVE ALL AFTERNOON TO MAKE A DEPOSIT. Go to the one on Ellice Ave. Far better and professional service.

First time dealing with this bank location, my first appointment with a rep. Passed off my appointment to a clerk at the front. Made me feel my appointment was not necessary. Second appointment, was told wrong information. I will never deal with this location branch again. Worst service I have ever received!!

Ghetto bank. The manager will ban you if you go in there and complain. Poor customer service if you're aboriginal and elderly and if you tell the manager you're feeling faint from standing in line. Better off going to another bank.

I have been banking with the branch since day 1 and that will be changing very soon. This doesn't reflect on all RBC's as I've banked at most of them and have gotten great service. I haven't had a bad experience with the tellers as they've always been happy to help, however the specialist's are extremely rude and uncaring. There is a short haired specialist in specific that loves to talk over you and then walk away if you don't agree with everything and anything she's said. I have never been given such attitude from someone who's supposed to be there to help. I work in retail and i'm very aware of how to properly treat a customer/client and to treat a client like their beneath you and not worth your time is an utterly ridiculous way to treat YOUR CLIENTS.

Manager and cashier that I talked to were so nice and helpful. I was told by the security that the were closing and I had to come back tomorrow. He wouldnt budge an inch, and I even lost my cool for a second, but then I spotted the cashier and explained and he brought me in (with my bike) and the manager assisted me. Nicest customer experience I've had in a long time.

The other day, two tellers for a line out the door. Today four tellers but each and every person took ten minutes. All I needed was 3.05 for bus fare and I stood for over ten minutes. Not even a single chair for handicap or seniors. Seriously? NOT ONE CHAIR ALLOWED? all I needed was 3.05.

Imagine there is a $20 an annual inactive fee if not active for 2 years. Better take my saving account and put it in another bank. What a poor services they have . Instead of acquiring more client , they will shy away because of their rules.
