★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in at 10 minutes before close hoping to send an e-transfer. They told me it was too late in the day to do that. Does open not mean open anymore? Super unprofessional. The branch manager was kind enough to apologize for his employee's behavior.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there with a bank draft from my bank to deposit into a relative's bank account in another city. The RBC teller said there would be a 48-72hr hold on the deposit. Pointed out it's a bank draft. After he spoke with, I assume, with his supervisor he said it was good. After doing the transfer I ask if the funds could be withdrawn today. Said it was good. Relative tried to access the funds was told there was a 48h hold on it. Phoned the number of this branch and spoke with a man in New Brunswick. Explained the problem and he tried to contact the bank with his numbers and couldn't get an answer. I spent approximately 45 minutes on the phone with him. He suggested one more time and when it went to voice mail I would leave a message. He said they would call back guaranteed in 2hrs (not very prompt). They never called back. The bank on the other end wouldn't call to check why the deposit was on hold. Thankfully, I won't be dealing with RBC again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in to request printed statements for an account that was closed a year ago. The guy didn't know how to do that, consulted 2 others before yet a 3rd person decided to consult the manager. She came back out and told me that getting a printed statement was impossible because they erase all the data once an account is closed.
WHAT? How does forensics/police/ their OWN fraud department investigate things I asked. No answer so I left. Very poor service.
