★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is a disaster. Incompetent Managers. Very rude to clients as well as staff. Long line up all the time. Tellers not trained properly, taking a long time with each customer. After waiting in line up for more than 20 minutes, I heard an older client asking if he could use the washroom. They said "NO". Where is the compassion ?? They need to recruit well trained tellers and find Managers who can run a Branch properly. Disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have 7 tills available and 2 tellers working while the rest of the employees just talk beside the money distribution machine, just absolute joke, this is completely on management to get your employees working, I’ve been waiting for 45 mins and am not even close to speaking with someone. TD has every till going with a minimal wait, just so unimpressed after the change in management

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to this branch to withdraw money from my chequing account and the teller told me that I wasn’t allowed to withdraw more than my daily limit. She gave me attitude and suggested that I had to tell them in advance if it was more than my daily amount.
I don’t understand how can they refuse me from withdrawing more cash from a chequing account that’s supposed to be liquid. The chequing account earns no interest and now they’re locking in my money.
I had to go to TD and withdraw from another account. Even though I had a limit and they didn’t have enough cash on hand, they increased my limit to withdraw out from the atm. Now that’s customer service.
