★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We met Rov, owner of Rayn properties after our house was destroyed by fire. We had never planned on renovating or building and we were devastated .
Rov took us on as if we were family and helped us mentally and emotionally rebuild our house .
We were certain of the budget , which was set by the insurance , and we just wanted what we had had.
From the very first visit ,and always, he was on time , and although he was doing a lot of houses, always treated us as if we were his most important clients.
His workmen and trades were all good to deal with and again, on time and on budget .
In the end , we have a new house, better than it was, and on budget .
We can't think of anyone we know who is happier with their build, or their builder.

My husband and I both had some reservations with selling the home we were living in at the time, and jumping into a new venture. After our first cup of coffee at our meeting with Rov, we knew that we found someone with as much passion as us for the job ahead. I know my detail and specific wants/needs for our home were not the easiest to deal with at times, but Rov was only a phone call away to ensure that we could come up with a plan. The small details make all the difference, and my family is so fortunate we had Rov and the Rayn team there to guide us :)

From taking on the great task of getting me through the city permits to saving me time and money with his lengthy contacts. Huge amount of blasting and rock removal seemed to go so fast and stress free with him at the controls. Framing was done with Rov working from Europe to ensure things were done correctly and on time. His passion for building shows constantly. With every problem that seemed to come up he always had a solution for.
Thank you Rov and family. Looking forward to future projects with Rayne Properties.
