Having our printing done with Rayacom has made things much easier, more cost effective and things get done well the first time. The printing is done quickly without sacrificing quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been client's for Rayacom for a few years and were so happy with our business cards and service up until these past few months when we had placed another new order for the same business cards with only a few design changes to the logo...the card's quality came back different and not what we had previously on file.
After back and forth emails from late March trying to find a solution, we experienced the worst customer service from Greg. He was not listening to our concerns, saying that we signed off on the proofs even when the proofs did not match to what we agreed on! He came to pick up our business cards that we had paid $800+ for to discuss with his team leaving us with no replacement cards all the way until late May. Where did our money go?
This left us having to constantly followup on emails and call, no urgency on his side. Tell us why does Rayacom's mission statement say "100% Satisfaction Guaranteed - We’re committed to you being stress-free in getting your products exactly how you want them."
