I had a mirror cut. It was very quick, professionally done and reasonably priced.

Good place for reasonable priced custom glass work. May have to wait a bit for measurement and installation.

I've placed glass order several times there. The service there was very good, and the cost is very affordable. One time I have to wait for several days to get it but another time I waited for only an hour. Great service!

There is no one to talk with you when you get into their office. When I wanted to get glass work, I went inside and I tried to talk to one woman, and she did not want to talk to me except touching her Android phone. It took 20 minutes. I think it's not better to find any service rather than to waste time.

So i ordered a single piece of glass to be cut, a very simple job with very simple dimensions. After a week first i was wondering why I hadnt heard back from these guys (cause I thoight my job could get done in an afternoon) so I called and they were supprised to hear from me and told me to wait another week for my piece. This wouldnt have been a huge issue if i hadnt already paid (way more than last time i had gotten something similar by the way) for the piece, but when i finally went to go get it (after two weeks!!) The piece was cut to the wrong size. This company from my experience is total crap, save yourself the time and go somewhere else.

I would give no stars if I could. The two pieces of glass they cut for me were not the correct measurements. When I pointed it out friendly to Kelvin, the business owner, he said to me right away that he couldn't do anything about it. I told him that I wanted the glass cut precisely. He couldn't even communicate with me calmly. He acted extremely rude and disrespectful. We got into a very bad argument. I couldn't believe that Kelvin even swore at me in Cantonese. I didn't understand why he was in such a bad mood. He kept yelling: "I don't care......" "I don't care......" (What he said was worse than this.) I would like to ask Kelvin: "If you don't care about your business, who else will?" This was definitely the worst experience in my entire life. I would recommend this business to someone who likes to be yelled at. Plus they don't do the proper measurements for their work. Horrible business!!! Regarding the owner's reply, I highly doubt that he means sorry. Here's the follow up story: One month after I wrote the review, I received 2 missed phone calls from Kelvin Glass on September 4th and 5th, 2018. I thought they might have called to apologize, so I called them back. Wanda (Kelvin's wife) answered the phone. Surprisingly, she gave me a hard time about my bad review to them. This was ridiculous! I reserve my right to share my experiences to the public. I am very unhappy they treated me so rudely especially as they made the wrong cut on the measurements. Both my orders with them were all straight cut for my desks. They were very simple, straightforward jobs. One job they made shorter than the measurement I provided. For another job, they made one side wider than the other side. When I pointed it out to Kelvin at the store, he said to me that he couldn't do anything about it, and he didn't care. He actually said a lot worse than this. I will not add any further comment. I leave this incident to others to review, to think.

Excellent Service. Great recommendations on the types of glass and level of thickness i required. Making the glass was quick and of great quality. Affordable prices as well.
