★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid and go somewhere more professional. We agreed on a price for my Model 3 which was higher than a normal tint. He originally said 2-3 hours. I arrived at the shop where he convinced me to only do half the back window (on the model 3, half the back window is already tinted). He offered the higher quality tint for same price if I do half. I told him, it's OK as long as it's not noticeable! (he said it won't be noticeable) Once the job was complete, it was slightly noticeable from outside - which I could live with, but from the inside of the car it's extremely noticeable and you can't miss it, doesn't look good on a new car like that. I contacted him the next day and stated my disappointment, at first he said he'll correct the issue for another $100, then he said add another $50 to remove the old tint, then he said he might damage the rear defroster.... I did not go back to him - this was his chance to make things right and please a dissatisfied customer (I was willing to pay the $100). Stay away, he's nice when you're there up until he has your money. Good luck ever using his "lifetime warranty". The job ended up taking him 1 hour (originally said 2-3 hours) and as he finished the next appointment came, so clearly he never wanted to do the entire back window. I should've went to DR tint who had 5 stars review from over 300 customers. DR tint was a bit more expensive, but the classic saying, you get what you pay.... I will be looking for other tint companies now to fix my back window......

They gave me an appointment two times to redo my tint on my KIA, because it peeled off due to a poor quality and work and the two times the guy did not show up. I recommend Dr. Tint or any other professional company that will not lack communication and have poor skills.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad tint quality and false advertisement (under warranty for life). Had to go somewhere else to redo my tint, because Rapide Vitres Teintees dont want to redo the job or refund the money. They have gave me 3 appointments and never showed up. They charge more than any other shop you will go. Everywhere else is $250 but they charged $300. The owner of the place is lost too, he doesn’t know how to manage his place. He is more lost than the employees.
