★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Raoul doit sûrement se retourner dans sa tombe ...quel mauvais service nous avons eu. Pourtant ça fait 30 ans qu'on y allait. Mal conseiller pour l'achat d'un jouet. Pas d'information sur différence dans les produits. Donc, achat d'un produit non adéquat pour l'utilisation que nous voulions en faire. Retour du produit pour un échange mais apprenons qu'étant donné la boite qui est un peu déchiré, il n'accepte pas le retour. Jamais lors du paiement la commis nous a informé de cette directive qui je dois le constater apparait sur la facture. Je suis sceptique qu'en a la légalité juridique de cette directive et allons faire une plainte à la protection du consommateur dès lundi.
Raoul must surely turn around in his grave ... what bad service we have had. Yet we have been going there for 30 years. Poor advice when buying a toy. No information on difference in products. So, buying a product that is not suitable for the use we wanted to make of it. Return of the product for an exchange but learn that given the box which is a little torn, it does not accept the return. Never during the payment the clerk informed us of this directive which I must note appears on the invoice. I am skeptical of the legality of this directive and will be making a consumer protection complaint on Monday.

Commande partie plus vite que l'heure d'ouverture du magasin, impossible d'appeler le service et corriger une erreur dans commande, mais le service client a réussi à rattraper la commande avant qu'il soit trop tard.
À améliorer : la recherche par numéro de «Playmobil» pour rechercher par collection et non par mot clé. **Correction en cours selon l'agent qui m'a répondu.

Order left faster than store opening time, unable to call service and correct an order error, but customer service was able to catch up with the order before it was too late.
