About Ranch Docs Veterinary Services Inc.

Dakota grew up here in Lethbridge Alberta and has had a love for animals from a very young age. She joined the Ranch Docs team after graduating from the Lakeland College Animal Health Technology Program in the spring of 2022. She has a strong passion for working with both large and small animals and is very excited to be a part of the Ranch Docs Team. In her spare time, Dakota enjoys hiking, fishing and spending time with family and friends. She is very eager to continue to learn in this profession and looks forward to meeting all of you and your furry friends!

A	Alan Mena on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just recently had to put my dog down at ranch dogs.They were a bit unclear about the euthanasia package that they offer at first. Like for example I was not aware about the urn or the paw print that was included in their package, (Wich is awesome) until I showed up there. Once I got there Dr. Justin was so helpful and really compassionate about the whole process. He explained everything in clear detail, he also administered sedation prior to the actual intention which I’m really thankful to Him for doing this. Because I inquired about it over the phone while making the appointment and they told me there was no sedation included. (Sedation makes the whole process a lot easier in my opinion). Dr Justin allowed us to have some time with my lovely boy Hank. He made me feel so much better about the whole process.

From the moment we started talking on the phone to bringing our dog in and to yesterday when I picked up her ashes, the staff were very professional and compassionate. I would recommend Ranch Docs any day. Thank you so much for making this tough process nice and easy for us.
R	Randal Prouty on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yesterday was one of the hardest days of my life, as well as those in my family. We had to say goodbye to our beloved 15 year old Chihuahua Dachshund. After 15 years together, I had to be sure it was the right decision. Justin allowed us as much time as we needed to review our dog's quality of life, and to answer each and every question we had. He treated our loved one as his own. Not once did we feel like we were taking too much time to discuss or ask questions. We left sad, of course, but confident that we made the best decision. The process was quick, smooth and painless. This made it much easier on us, and allowed us the confidence that our loved one went peacefully, surrounded by love and affection. Prior to this, we had to bring our 10 year old cat in for surgery. Again, staff all made sure we covered all bases and questions prior to starting the surgery. Our cat came home afterwards, and showed no signs of pain, an healed quickly. Today, he shows no signs that he needed surgery in the first place. The level of care and affection as well as the time allowed to be sure about any decision is comforting and reassuring. Thank you to all Ranch Docs staff. Thank you for not making it all about money, and keeping it about the animals. It is refreshing to know that you care for our loved ones more than making a quick buck. Hard to find that these days.

We had never been there before so Ripley was a little bit nervous, but afterwards he came back to me wagging his tail. They are amazing and took us in as soon as we got there, as it was kind of an emergency. Might consider changing vets for him and my cat as this one is much closer!

It starts with the kind and happy ladies at the front and then to caring doctors. Baxter has seen all the docs and you can tell they care about the well being of your family member(pet) They always take their time explaining everything to you and I have never felt rushed. Hats off you the entire staff, for making every visit a pleasant one!
