★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a very good boat launch it has a public washroom, there are plenty of garbage cans, the ramp is concrete and a good grade acomadating even larger 25ff fiberglass boats

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easy to launch. Some ppl got a bit fired up around dinner time exit. Just remember that everyone wants to launch at noon and pull out at dinner, so if you avoid these times, it's smooth sailing on and off.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For the size of the lake within city limits the size of the boat launch is underwhelming with only 2 spots to launch your boat. Your best bet is to go early in the day, late in the evening or go on a weekday. Otherwise you could wind up waiting in line to get your boat in/out. Parking is also limited.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The visit to the Ramsey lake boat launch area was simply fantastic. We visited the place in winter and the lake was in a frozen state. We were fortunate to walk on the frozen lake and that too for a person in his 79th year , along with his wife, who is also in her 70 s. We also saw a scooter and two cars moving on the lake.
