A	Arnie B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The initial work was fine but 2 months after the repair was done rust started bubbling under the new paint where no rust was before the repair. When I went back to show them I was told "they didn't put the rust there". They wouldn't stand behind their workmanship. I would find another body shop that will stand by their work next time.

Tony and everyone were so friendly and took care of everything! Thank you again for all the hard work! I will definitely recommend you guys if anyone get's into a fender bender!
C	Chris Struc on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had heard great things about this shop so I decided to give them a try, unfortunately my experience was less than ideal. I wasn't called when the parts were in for my repair so it was only through a follow up phone call that I discovered that I could bring my vehicle in. I was given a time when my vehicle would be ready so I worked my schedule to allow me to fit in the pickup. When I arrived the individual who greeted me in the office was less than helpful, they were searching through stacks of papers to find the correct paperwork and didn't seem very knowledgeable about the operations. After I paid the deductible I was told that my vehicle hadn't been detailed yet (but that wasn't a concern as i had detailed it before bringing it in). I opened the passenger door and there was white residue over half of the interior of the vehicle (it was going in to get the bumper replaced). I had to rearrange a pickup at another time because they had to get someone to detail it. The loaner car I had was okay, very basic, but the windshield wipers were in dire need of replacement (too bad I only found that out once it started to rain). It's possible that this was just one bad experience for a customer, but I am unlikely to return based on my experience with the company.
R	Repeals on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was not impressed with the work done or the experience I had with this shop. Asked for a rental, got a courtesy car (that got a flat while I had it and I had to pay the owner for the tire) , work wasn't done properly to my car and had to return for re-work. The owner actually called me to argue over a bad review I gave to MPI over the experience (so here is another bad review for more people to see). Unprofessional as they epoxy glued my drip rails back on to the roof of my car after not installing them properly the first time (they didn't have the proper double sided sticky tape or they didn't clean the surface properly making them come loose on the highway). The paint work and finish on the car is just fine, the mechanics did a wonderful job for the most part, but the owner is a little off his rocker. Wouldn't recommend out of spite due to being called at home to argue over a bad review.

I brought it in, had a direct estimate done there for MPI and brought it in a week later for the work. I received a courtesy car to use while they repaired the vehicle. When the work was complete, they walked me through everything that was done to my vehicle, what was repaired vs replaced and they had also cleaned my SUV inside and out. I would definitely recommend this family run business to anyone needing body work done to their vehicle!

Very helpful, gave me a beautiful courtesy car and made sure everything was done to perfection! I would highly recommend them to any of my friends or family! They even detailed the inside of my truck! A job which must have taken a long time ( I'm a little bit of a vehicle slob, lol) so that was very kind of them!! A+++ in my books!
