Instead of removing a few stray hairs at my forehead hairline with the trimmer, he trimmed my entire hairline back almost 1/2 inch. Now I have a stubble hairline that will look ridiculous until it grows back in. Last visit ever.

V	Vik Theeson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's above average. Ralph and the team are all very friendly, wait times are typical, and there's a lot of focus on asking what the customer wants. However the hair-cut, whilst good, was faded up poorly, and the straight-razor shave doesn't utilize a straight-razor; it's just a double bladed Gillette disposal. All said - the price was fair. The store environment is your classic old-school barber shop, and it's been there since the 1980's. There are sinks with dual taps sitting right by the counter, and the guys can tell you all about how much Toronto has grown and morphed over time.

I say the sign says 15$ he says no it’s 15 and up and while he trimmed he said the add on is cause he faded the side of my sideburns… What a rip-off.
