Showed Jenna a picture of the haircut I wanted but it didn't come out looking anything like it. She was behind schedule and perhaps rushed my cut, didn't fade the back like discussed and charged the same as I would have paid at Maverick. If you want a run of the mill cut then I think this place is fine. If you want it styled according to your requirements I'd look elsewhere.

Usually I get my haircut from Barbara, and it looks like she got terminated. I thought I'd give it a shot with Jenna, but I didn't feel as comfortable. Jenna was not as effective as Barbara, and when I told her I was growing my hair out, she gave me condescening look and said 'your hair is too long'. I have a preferred look, but if the hair stylist is saying my hair is 'too long', it shows that the hair stylist is only used to giving a 'cookie cutter' way of cutting hair. I understand some shops just give cookie cutter hair cuts, but for a place that charges nearly $40 a cut, I don't think that should be the case. I got a haircut, and it wasn't as good as how Barbara did it, and the customer service was not as effective with Jenna. Sorry Prestige...you lost yourself a customer.

I've had 2 haircuts with Barbara and she is meticulous, detail oriented and will spend proper time and effort to give you a proper cut. Apart from that, she is also super sweet and makes very pleasant small talk. Highly recommended!
