She is so helpful & knowledgeable about the markers and was able to explain carefully & patiently to us the various options & types that we were interested in. She went above & beyond to make sure we were satisfied with the product. It was a great experience at Raincoast Memorials. His sales and design representative, Ms. Quynh, is extremely efficient, patient and friendly. She provided many wonderful ideas for the design on the marker, really helped us put all of our thoughts together. Their price is so reasonable and the final product is perfect.

She and her team incorporated the design and wordings we wanted and adjusted the gravestone design many times before it was finalised. Since this was during COVID, it took a bit longer to reach the cemetery, but we were kept informed at every stage.
