The owner insisted on staying late to meet me when I accidentally forgot a few essentials on a week long stay in the valley with my 1 year old over the summer. She was friendly, answered all of my questions promptly (on Facebook) before offering to stay open late and meet me. That's not something you see much in retail. And the quality of the children's clothing and shoes is second to none that I have seen.
I visit the valley regularly (every 6-8 weeks), and actually save my daughters clothing purchases until I can buy here.
My most recent purchase was a jumper size 2-4 years. I will gladly pay a little more for a quality piece of clothing that is designed to last (and fit) for 2 years.
