However I was really disappointed at how the woman at check-in treated us after the lesson. Originally we were told on the call&later on site that we could swim at the other side of park near waterfront if we wanted, so we happily brought things for swim ,however she said we are not allowed to swim, we should leave right after the lesson. I understand the reason of limiting # of ppl on water at this time, but there were people drinking or chilling on the shore, and more importantly, we were customers being told wrong information twice, at least we need a sincere apology instead of cold attitude. Or when we asked if she know somewhere else we might swim today, she could give some suggestion, all she said is “I don’t know. I only know this is our policy.” Understanding is mutual, and please have consistency on customer communication.

They have booze, they have food - you name it. Their price is cheaper than their competition and yet you get the best experience followed by a great company. YOU GUYS ARE THE BOMB! Keep doing what you doing! Happy to recommend.

Lots of life guards on duty at the facility, and lots of variety with the components of the course. As a parent, I will say the course is hard - it requires a lot of upper body and core strength and is very tiring. It was quite the workout, so be prepared! The kids made it a full 2 hours, but the parents are clearly out of shape and got off the course much sooner. I wish they offered a family pass or something because it was a bit pricey for 4 people, but my kids had an amazing time!
