★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff who came to fix the glass was outrageously rude and unprofessional. Not only did he not properly clean the area after he broke off the glasses (pieces were left on the stove and all around the kitchen), he called me a few times after several hours and demanded I find a form he lost. After I advised him the form is not here, he angrily hung up (and of course, called again and demanded I find his form...).
Anyhow, the work itself was mediocre, and the professionalism is below 0. It's too bad I was forced to use their services through my Strata...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst place ever. If you value your time and money just run to some other place. Worst service . Guy came to install shower door . Shower door was the last step in the bathroom finish. Installer broke my shower base . I don't how maybe droped something. Since it was on the outside I said ok I don't want to rip of base, shower tiles and floor tiles just get it fixed. It's over 2 months now. Whenever I call they say we need more time. I don't know how much more time they need.
I am doing renovation. I have 2 more bathrooms but definitely not going back to these guys

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is what happened to a mirror installed today. It fell off into pieces within a couple hours of being "installed". Worst part was the response I received from their employee named Mahesh. I told him what happened expressed my disappointment and told him this is unacceptable. Well he had the audacity to raised his voice and began to accuse us of touching the mirror to cause it to fall and shatter which caused damage. He even went as far as to say "these things happen". This in intollerable for a company who's supposedly specializes in glass.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My neighbour recommended Garry at Rahul Glass to do my closets during my renovation because they are reasonably priced, efficient, and do good work. I found they were just that.
After doing my pantry and front hall closet during they reno, I had them do my upstairs closets -- they did a great job on all. I wanted a bit more shelving to my walk-in closet after it was done; so they returned and added the additions no charge. I recommend Garry at Rahul Glass.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you’re reading this review I do hope it’s before you hire Rahul Glass to do any work, because I did not read reviews as this company was recommended to me by a friend. From my first phone call a lady by the name of Anu answered the phone and I must say she provided the best service, I bought their most expensive glass shower door custom made, unfortunately the installers have absolutely no clue how to install this properly without water spilling all over. The first installers came and installed again very prompt service, a few days later had to call them to redo as water was all over the place, second time the service guys were asking me as to what and how to fix the problem, they fixed the issue and had same but worse problem, third time it was hard to get them to come as they said they were busy doing new installations, the third time the service guys again asking me what and where to install the barrier for water not to spill out!!!

Made sure that everything was put in perfectly, haven’t had any problems with the closets since. This company takes great pride in their work! The quality of their products and prices are unbeatable, would definitely recommend to anyone looking to get work done in their house!

There amazingly displayed glass samples will give you idea of how it would look. Even bathroom glasses are on display. Sit down with their sales specialist and they will customize a glass for you right in the warehouse at the back of the office.
Come here for the value of your money as their customer service is wonderful.
