Elizabeth was an amazing help when I needed to find an apartment at last minute! She even helped consult on neighborhoods since i wasn't familiar and ensured the apartment I had was close enough to the amenities I needed. A great experience overall, being forced to pay a five percent sale fee on a refundable deposit seems like horrible business decision from management but the staff are incredibly helpful. I would absolutely recommend renting from these folks.

I used this company to rent an apt for my father while I was overseas. The rep that I dealt with, Elizabeth Kukulsky, was amazing. She helped me through the whole process with minimal effort on my part and she put my mind at ease with regards to my father which meant alot to me. From finding an apt to the return of my deposit everything was done in an efficient and straightforward manner. Elizabeth is a credit to this organization and thanks to her I would gladly to business again with RAGQ. As for the apt my father said it was clean and well maintained as was the building itself just like it was advertised.

I rented an appartment for a short term stay for work in Montréal. Elizabeth (Rental Agent) helped me to find a appartment in the near of the office of my company. RAGQ and Elizabeth was also realy supportive for special requirements of my company for the bills. The prices are also really good. I would rent again and also recommend to friends. The process of getting the keys for the appartment and returning them was also uncomplicated.

I faced a challenging situation needing to rent a furnished apartment for July and August (prime season!) due to renovations at my house. The people at RAGQ were very patient, helpful, and persistent in finding me and my husband comfortable accommodations within easy reach of home to keep track of the renovations. Dealing with them was a pleasure from start to finish, and I would recommend them without hesitation.

I am quite surprised by any good review on RAGQ. I rented two apartments in the course of the last year, one for my mum, and one for a colleague of mine and her family. The first time we had mice issues in the apartment. Looking from where the mice might have come, we found traps in the apartment, which means that either them or the owner knew about the problem and they just rented us the apartment with mice inside without solving the issue first. They told me that I had to solve the issue by myself with the owner (for what reason are you there and take provisions then, if I have to do the job that you`re supposed to do???). I never got the money back from the owner for the time my mum moved out of the apartment. A few weeks later I told them I never got the cheque and they never replied! Needless to say that the interactions either by phone or by email were really unprofessional. I thought it was just a case and decided to trust them a second time. My colleague selected a place, RAGQ told her that the place was available and then they stopped following up. When they recontacted her after several attempts, they increased the price of the apartment, but finally, AFTER INSISTING, kept the original one "`since we made you wait". What is worse is that when my colleague left they charged her credit card of 300+ CA$ without any notice for a damage to the mattress that was not there when my colleague arrived or left. In this case the RAGQ personnel was not just unprofessional but rude. Even in the case it is you who damage something, they should notify you when withdrawing money from your credit card. My colleague found out just looking at her statement! I suggest to stay clear from this agency.

The RAGQ is a great organization to deal with. The agent I dealt with, Elizabeth Kakulsky, was always upbeat and responsive. Great interactions with the owner of the unit as well. Zero issues with getting my damage deposit refunded. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a high-quality, turn-key short-term rental in Montreal.

The guy I rent a place with is very kind and easy to work with. I was an exchange student here and I got a best location from here with great service.
