★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would recommend anyone to get massage by Grace. She has strong. healing hands and you will walk away from your massage with a feeling of total relaxation and peace. Personally, I really dislike massages where it feels as though the therapist is tickling you with a feather. Grace really gets right into those tough spots and helps to release tension and her work promotes a feeling of ease in the body.

Grace is great at listening with attentiveness as I describe what's causing me pain & responding with skilled massage work. I find Grace's massages truly helpful to keep my body feeling strong & functional while confronted with daily wear & tear of physical labour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Grace has been my massage therapist and doula through two pregnancies now. She is very attentive to my needs at each appointment and able to focus on the problems areas. She is very very good. I always felt much better after a massage.
As a doula, Grace was the calm voice of reason I needed during delivery. She has a calming presence that my husband and I both felt very comfortable with.
I highly recommend her.

She conducts a thorough assessment in a comforting manner to ensure that the purpose of my visit is realized. Grace draws from her years of experience and her good judgement to determine the appropriate treatment within my time frame and budget. She provides a delicate balance between powerful and soothing movements. When combined, I feel waves of healing energy flowing through my body. Grace has all the pillows you need to make you and your pregnant belly comfortable. I would recommend her for anyone who is looking for a great massage. She knows what your body needs and goes above and beyond any other massage therapist I have had in the past.

Rae has helped me with various issues over the years involving SI joint pain, tension headaches, neck and upper back pain as well as plantar fasciitis. They are extremely professional, a wealth of knowledge and attuned to my body's needs. Rae is also one of the kindest people I know. I had a full body massage, including a c-section scar massage to help with healing. I was at a vulnerable time in my healing and Rae treated me with respect and kindness and was attentive to areas of trauma from the c-section. Rae provided a safe environment, that was inclusive to all body types and made me feel relaxed. I highly recommend them and will continue to support this business.
