★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed here for 4 nights. Was a pleasant stay, staff are polite and very helpful, whether they are in the reception or room service. Rooms are clean and the environment is very calm. Location is great. Starbucks store located inside the hotel, which was very convenient. I would definately visit again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was clean and quiet. The concierge and security were very friendly. I liked being downtown and close to major bus and driving routes. The Starbucks downstairs was a bonus. I could grab a coffee before leaving the hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The stay was alright. But when you put a deposit on a room down you expect to get it back. We paid for our room and when the deposit came up they say it's their policy to keep it. Never heard of a deposit policy of this sort. Wouldn't stay again. Just charge what you charge upfront. Don't tax your customers after the fact. Bait and switch. Terrible customer experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel is awesome! the service I received from Von and Aldrin was amazing! they were very professional, attentive, polite, and friendly! their service was so kind and genuine, and just great! specially after having had a very unwelcoming, and unpleasant experience at a different hotel! the rooms at the Radisson are quite roomie and clean, the views from the 27th floor are superb! I would definitely recommend staying here! You will not be disappointed!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed on May 20. Found out in the morning around 10 am that there were no bath towels in the bathroom (this is fine, sometimes people miss things). Called the reception, room service multiple times (at least 10 times) no one answered (this is what's problematic).
Because there wasn't enough time to go to the reception and complain about it, I had to make do with the the bath mat ?.
While leaving the hotel, the only representative at the reception was busy on the phone. I waited about 10 minutes before I had to leave.
For $130/night it would be nice to at least have the phones answered.

It’s hard to hear staff at front desk due to the plexiglass barrier.
The carpet was damp around the heat/ac unit. Sink was slow to drain, and the shower handle was broken making it difficult to use. However, room was clean and secure. Staff were quick to respond and were helpful. Room could use another lamp or floor light.
Views from upper floors are quite nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Convenient location for Jets game. Not a family hotel, if we were in for anything else I would book elsewhere but for convenience we stay here. Comfortable but tired room and the whole hotel is something to be desired, could use an update all around but satisfactory. Quick easy check in

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The front desk staff, and especially the security, are just awesome people. The room was clean, stocked, and the bed was extremely comfortable. However, one of the lights in the room was out, and it took forever for the water to warm up in the shower. Like, 5 minutes, at least. Not sure if that's a city issue or what, but it was quite annoying as that issue spanned over 3 days.
