If ever after my results for a mammogram are positive and well my first bad experience will have been in this place, very cold as reception and all his personal very poor service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si je notais seulement le personnel je donnerais un gros A+, ils sont vraiment gentil et prennent le temps. Par contre un petit coup de rénovation serait de mise, on se croirait de retour dans les années 80 en ce qui concerne les cabines et l'accueil.
If I only rated the staff I would give it a big A +, they are really nice and take the time. On the other hand, a little bit of renovation would be required, it feels like we are back in the 80s with regard to the cabins and reception.

Peu d’attente. Les secrétaires sont efficaces et très gentilles! Merci à Jennifer pour son beau sourire et son accueil chaleureux!
L’endroit est propre. On y retrouves la phamarcie Brunet juste à côté ce qui est très pratique!
Clinic well located in the medical crossroads of the Richelieu Valley.

The place is clean. There is the Brunet pharmacy right next door which is very practical!

J’y vais surtout pour ma mammographie annuelle.
Hier, l’accueil comme toujours a été chaleureux.
Par contre, la technicienne en radiologie était froide, irrespectueuse et sans empathie.
Votre technicienne devrait faire appel au respect et à la réserve dans son discours.
Elle ne partage pas les valeurs et la vision de votre clinique soit de donner un service dans un environnement chaleureux.
I have been a patient at the PB radiology clinic for years in Beloeil and Longueuil.
I go there mainly for my annual mammogram.
Yesterday, the welcome as always was warm.
On the other hand, the X-ray technician was cold, disrespectful and without empathy.
Your technician should appeal to respect and reserve in her speech.
She does not share your clinic's values and vision of providing service in a warm environment.
