★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je voulais savoir si un vélo électrique ou bien un vélo hybride me convenait pour ce que je voulais en faire, alors quand le vendeur est arrivé, je lui au dit, je suis pas certaine si je veux un vélo électrique ou hybride et comme j'allais lui dire ce que je voulais faire avec le vélo pour m'aider à faire un choix éclairé, il m'a dit "je peux pas t'aider c'est comme si tu vas demander es ce que je dois acheter une moto ou une voiture". Wow beau service à la clientèle. Manque de professionnalisme un bon vendeur aurait posé des questions et ensuite aurait suggéré un vélo adapté à ce que je voulais en faire.
 I wanted to know if an electric bike or a hybrid bike was suitable for me for what I wanted to do with it, so when the salesman arrived, I told him, I'm not sure if I want an electric or hybrid bike and as I I was going to tell him what I wanted to do with the bike to help me make an informed choice, he said to me "I can't help you it's like you're going to ask do I have to buy a motorcycle or a car". Wow nice customer service. Lack of professionalism a good seller would have asked questions and then suggested a bike suitable for what I wanted to do with it.

Asking for help to put air in my tires seemed like the end of the world. Condescending tone and arrogant attitude.
