I was also encouraged to visit my new home frequently during the different stages of construction; which I did. And true to their word,that "Fraser Homes has never missed a possession date"; possession was the day I was promised. Clay was always patient, transparent and professional with me throughout the whole building process,which I appreciated because I was a novice when it came to anything related to construction. He worked with me within my budget and made my dream a reality. I thank the whole Fraser Homes team for their outstanding professionalism during the whole building process. You all made a rather stressful situation seem easy and effortless and for that I am very grateful.

Not worth your time nor money to deal with this builder, as they will change prices overnight, after you will confirm you're going with them for a "too good to be true" quote. A quote is a legally binding document, which they didn't honor in our case. Have heard they have done this again to others. If you don't care about your money, go with them.
R	Rikil Pandya on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are their second victim recently, these guys are not professional, they do not bother for the words they give and don't care about legal agreement, once we decided to buy they hiked 20k, still we did agreement and they again asked 15 percent so we were not in position to buy. Now we lost golden time to buy from other builder as well. Agreement was written in such a way that we could not any way to do as a customer. They paid all money back but now we are in position not to buy any home in Saskatoon. Important advise go with these guys, if you don't care for your money or time.
P	Paula on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NEVER BUY A HOME THESE GUYS BUILT !!!! We are still trying to fix issues 15 years after we bought it. The basement was a good 4 inches higher one end than the other.. One window is still leaking because they put the window right on the ground with no well. RIDICULOUS !! Even something as simple as putting in a cord for a microwave they drilled 3 holes to put the cord through because they couldn't get it right the first or second time. VERY POOR WORKMANSHIP!!!!

We were able to track all communications, change orders and progress through dealer trend which ensured my wife and I were always in the loop and whenever I needed face time at the house or at the Fraser office Clay and Tory were always quick to accommodate. These guys are true professionals and the their experience shows. We have had many compliments from friends and family and couldn't be happier with our new home.

In particular, their knowledge of acreage builds is very sound. The people are awesome, and the quality is top notch as well. Fraser employs excellent sub-trades and treats them very well. All of the trades we spoke with mentioned this during the building process. There seemed to be a lot of loyalty amongst the group supporting Fraser Homes. Randy, their sales rep was a great guy to work with on the front end, and Tory was very much on the ball and responsive throughout the build. Tory was also very even-keel during this recent summer/ fall which saw its fair share of disruptions. In reading some of the recent reviews, I can understand why some people were frustrated. We too had a price increase, but to be fair it was an unprecedented building season and we understood why they needed to adjust their pricing. Nonetheless, we feel like we received excellent value for the price of the build. Integrity wise, I can say from our experience that they displayed outstanding integrity during the process, even through a crazy stretch in the industry. We would recommend Fraser Homes to everyone, and we are huge promoters of the business.
