RCB Truck & Trailer Repair is a locally owned & family operated business located in Brandon Manitoba. The business was formally established in 1992, and since being purchased in 2012 has undergone vast growth and remodeling to meet the demands of today’s trucking industry. In 2018, RCB moved down the road to a 17,500 square foot modernized shop that included 3 drive-thru bays, a drive-thru washbay, a 10 tonne overhead crane and truck hoist with lifting capacity that is second to none in North America. The remaining 17,170 square feet of this new location is the home of Rock Solid Parts. With a large inventory selection from many trusted suppliers of truck, trailer and ag parts, we strive to cover the needs of our customers all under one roof. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was in Brandon for a family gathering. prior to my arrival I had a mechanical issue with my exhaust system on my motorhome. I checked other truck repair shops and all were too busy to check out my unit. when contacted R C B told me to bring it in and they would check to see what was needed for repairs. They determined the problem, ordered the parts, that could only be found in Edmonton, and the repairs were completed shortly thereafter.
Thanks so much to service advisor Thomas Albrecht and the technicians who worked on my motorhome. They are quick, efficient, and do excellent work. great staff all courtesy and friendly. anyone needing truck or trailer repairs in the Brandon, Mb area, be sure to contact these people and be assured of excellence.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ RCB Truck & Trailer Repair advertises that they perform 'Light & Heavy Duty Truck Repair'. This could be called 'False' advertising but I call it 'Fraudulent'. It is fraudulent because they lure you, with their advertising ,to take your light duty truck to them when they have insufficient qualified technicians to repair it. I went to them after being assured by their Acting Service Manager that they could do an engine repair on my Silverado Duramax engine!
RCB obviously buys Google reviews, which I understand can be bought for $10 each, in order to increase it's business. The most telling fake review is one by 'Densil Wilks' (as long as they leave it up) in which he refers to RCB as 'A Very Good Mechanical Engineering Place' ?? and he reviews a Costco Wholesale in Surrey, BC with 'I HAVE NEVER BEEN THERE'!!
When a business practices 'Dishonesty' they grant license to their employees to do the same. I have emails from the Acting Service Manager & the Comptroller that contain lies as well as a record of a conversation with the Service Manager in which he told me that there were no Duramax mechanics in Brandon. I subsequently confirmed that Murray Chevrolet in Brandon has Duramax mechanics.
After an oversized bill for engine repair that I was blackmailed to pay and a wasted trip to Brandon, as I was told the truck would be ready to go, I get it home only to discover a fuel leak on the right rear of the engine.
Stay away from this business with all light duty trucks.

I was having issues with my brakes and a few air leaks and he found everyone and fixed them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We arrived in Brandon with a leaking pinion seal. I had just replaced the seal at Fountain Tire 4 weeks earlier. The people at RCB replaced the seal and we drove back across Canada with no problems. They even pressure washed the under side of our RV to remove the oil that leaked out. Very professional. They provided photographs and a write up for the insurance company. Tarrah at the front desk was absolutely super at helping us through the process. I totally recommend this company. They really know what they are doing.
