β β β β β Every worker I speak with is over worked, riddled with body aches and pains, and complains about the leadership and lack of organization within the facility. There is also a lack of confidence towards the Union by many, as the top union reps are in bed with the plant establishment. With the upcoming holiday season, meat orders from customers are only going to drastically increase and those working in the plant will be worked to the brink of absolute physical exhaustion in the name of the almighty dollar, while many others will suffer from mental health break downs, office workers included. You see, Maple Leaf Foods stock (TSE:MFI) hasn't been performing all that great over the past half decade or so. It's the same song and dance every year.

β β β β β Disgusting place to work, despite of hundreds of Covid-19βs cases there employees donβt even wash their hands ,supervisors and team leads only care about their production , no safety for employees , HR office employees are super rude , many of the production employees donβt even speak english and they got such a high attitude . Overall its a stupid place

β β β β β If I could give 0 I would, they talk about how much they care about their employees, but they have prove one more time that they donβt care at all , with weather conditions as a April 13 and 14 2022 they still forcing employees to go work because they donβt want to lose Money they will rather kill someone then cancel a day due to weather conditions.

β β β β β Despite the increase in the number of covid 19 cases in Brandon, its quite amplifying to know that Maple Leaf is maintaining the high standard of hygiene and sanitation. Right from the entrance, there are signs that shows what is expected of everybody entering the premises. And there is no exemption. In the premises are trailers meant for screening everybody before entering the main building. And as long as you are in the premises, the use of face mask is a must. The high cleanliness of the facility makes it a pleasant site to behold.
