L'unité murale de cette dernière s'est mise à faire un bruit de whinning intermittent, mais tellement fort lorsqu'il est présent que ça nous réveille la nuit. Puisque c'était intermittent, j'ai pris un vidéo du son que l'unité murale faisait car le problème n'était pas présent lors du passage du technicien. Lorsqu'il est arrivé et, même après lui avoir fait écouté la vidéo du bruit, le technicien a décidé de faire un entretient de l'unité murale (qui était déjà très propre) au cout de 210$ total. 85$ de service, 75$ d'azote (vraiment ?!?) et 25 $ pour une canne de nettoyant à serpentin qui se vend 10$ au CanadianTire). Il est resté un gros 40 minutes. Évidemment, cela n'a en rien réglé le problème. Le technicien nous a expliqué que les unités murales n'était pas vraiment réparables, que le fabricant n'existait plus (Air tempo), qu'on pouvait continuer de s'en servir et que lorsqu'on serait tanné du bruit, de le rappeler pour en faire installer une nouvelle. Pensez-vous réellement qu'après avoir jeté 210 $ pour absolument rien, nous allons vous rappeler pour notre prochaine thermopompe ?! Bref, ils semblent plus intéressés à vous vendre des services et équipements, qu'à vous aider réellement. J'ajoute une étoile car il était disponible rapidement pendant la COVID... mais à quel prix... et pour aucun résultat... ça me dépasse encore... I called them because we bought a house with the heat pump installed by them (7 years ago). The latter's wall unit has started making an intermittent whinning noise, but so loud when present that it wakes us up at night. Since it was intermittent, I took a video of the sound that the wall unit was making because the problem was not present when the technician came by. When he arrived and, even after making him listen to the video of the noise, the technician decided to service the wall unit (which was already very clean) at a total cost of $ 210. $ 85 service, $ 75 nitrogen (really?!?) And $ 25 for a coil cleaner cane that sells for $ 10 at CanadianTire). He stayed a big 40 minutes. Obviously, that did not solve the problem in any way. The technician explained to us that the wall units were not really repairable, that the manufacturer no longer existed (Air tempo), that we could continue to use them and that when we were tired of the noise, call back to have a new one installed. In short, they seem more interested in selling you services and equipment, than actually helping you. I add a star because it was available quickly during COVID ... but at what cost ... and for no results ... it's still beyond me ...
P	Patrice Marion on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ma climatisation fonctionnait faiblement, je les ai appeler et rapidement dans la semaine ils m'ont envoyé un technicien qui a réglé le problème ensuite il a prit le temps de vérifier tout mon système, il a trouvé et changé une valve défectueuse qui était encore sous garantie et il a amplifié la force de ma ventilation suite à l'écoute de mon problème à refroidir les extrémités du bâtiment. Excellent service et merci d'avoir été rapide et à l'écoute c'est très apprécié. My air conditioning was working poorly, I called them and quickly during the week they sent me a technician who fixed the problem then he took the time to check my entire system, he found and changed a defective valve which was still under warranty and it amplified the force of my ventilation following listening to my problem in cooling the ends of the building. Excellent service and thank you for being quick and attentive, it is much appreciated.
f	francis belanger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je au fait un appelle de service 1 ans après la installation par eux ils sont venue réparer tout sais bien passer Je au refais une autre appelle de service décembre 2021 je au du rapeller 21 janvier 2022 je au du rapeller 2 semaine après car il étais toujours pas passer il ce sont présenter pour réparer rien ne a été réparer supposément trop froid pour ajuster ils disais revenir en avril QD il allais faire moins froid pour réparer le technicien m'a rappelée pour me dire qu' il commençait les pièce et qu' il allais venir en avril avec les pièce briser sois le compresseur pourtant je lui avais dit que ça l afichais p4 sur la thermompe ce qui signifiait que c' étais le compresseur le problème et que je avais assez attendue pour régler le problème j'ai apeller un autre compagnie qui a régler le problème en 1 semaine alors je ne conseille pas du tout cette compagnie I actually called a service 1 year after the installation by them they came to repair everything knows how to go I made another service call again December 2021 I had to call back January 21, 2022 I had to call back 2 weeks later because it still hadn't come through, they showed up to repair nothing was repaired supposedly too cold to adjust they said to come back in April QD it was going to be less cold to repair the technician called me back to tell me that he was starting the parts and that he was going to come in April with the parts breaking be the compressor yet I told him that it was showing p4 on the heat pump which meant that it was the compressor the problem and that I had waited long enough to solve the problem I called another company which solved the problem in 1 week so I do not recommend this company at all
