★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reserved a 20 foot U-Haul on 7 April for 30 Apr to 1 May. Received a call today (27 Apr) telling me they didn't have it available, but could offer me a 10 foot truck instead. Absolutely abysmal customer service. Cannot recommend using this place if you need a reliable reservation.
