R	Robert Mulholland on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We received a flyer in the mail from Queen’s Pizza in the mail, they are also on “Skip the Dishes” also. On this occasion we ordered on the phone for a pickup order, I tried a medium 1 topping pizza and free dipping sauce for a very reasonable price. The wife had ordered the 1/2 rotisserie chicken meal with fries, we picked up the order and the pizza was just coming out of the oven. The pizza was very good, nice tomato sauce (not spicy) plenty of cheese and I had pepperoni topping on the pizza. It was cooked perfect, they use a timed motion conveyor pizza system NOT a pizza oven that has to be checked and has the potential of being under or over cooked. The crust was nice and crunchy and bottom of pizza was golden brown, also comes with a free dipping sauce on my order. My wife said the 1/2 of rotisserie chicken was succulent, juicy and a BBQ flavour to it, was moist and a very generous size. The fries were cooked excellent too, with a bit of salt added to them, but not greasy. For these 2 items and saving some money by picking up our order, Queen’s offers very reasonable prices for a quality product! We will definitely be ordering from here again in the future.
I	Ian Frappier on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ With each order food quality goes down. First time I ordered Fish & Chips it was so nice. Fish was hot and chips wore nice a crisp. But lately the fish has been warm or cold and Fish has been soggy. Secondly one hour for delivery is inexcusable. Other places can delivery a order in 30 to 40 minutes.

And also it was so soggy. Also onions are like can’t explain ? Not gonna go over there anymore AT ALL ?????

They often get the order wrong, or it’s way later than they tell you it will be, and they have never ever said sorry or added a treat no charge. Most recently - and last time ever - they said ‘free delivery’ (and we usually collect, but crisis) then snuck an unadvertised $2 surcharge in to use the portable debit machine. Since they don’t charge this at the counter, one can take it as a delivery fee. Our very mediocre pizza cost as much as very good pizza from any other place. Oh, their party slabs are great for kindergarten parties. That’s the sum of it. Suitable for preschoolers, students and crises where you have no other option.

The first time I ordered the rotisserie chicken and fries, the chicken was old and very dry and cold. This time I spent $50 on pizza for my family and I for dinner. We ordered mozzarella sticks, the combo for 2 medium pizzas, New York style cheesecake, 6 pops and wings with half and half sauce. We got the order and as soon as I started to serve my daughter her dinner I noticed that the wings had sauce all over them despite our request for half of them to have sauce and our cheese cake was missing. We called the pizza place and the guy was arguing with us saying that we didn't put the option for half and half bad service
T	Tyler Lang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They knowingly sent a regular crust pizza in place of a gluten free pizza ordered through Ubereats. I called to double check it was gluten free as was ordered. I was told it was NOT gluten free as ordered - they apparently have an up charge for this but have failed to set up their Uber menu correctly. So Instead of calling to clarify, they just knowingly sent a pizza that was not ordered and could have made me or someone else extremely sick. Be careful. The employees could not care less.

Everything arrived very hot and after we forget to order the sauces after the original order and and calling them back, they sent the correct amount of sauces. Amazing job everyone!
M	Marina Pullen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered tonight, thought it was coming from main and Sherman! Said it would be 45 min, was 1 hour 20. Ordered feta cheese, tom and mush. Feta was quite stinky. Shouldn't be served. Ordered wings also and asked for both pizza and wings to be well done. Had to cook both again once they arrived. Didn't eat the pizza, put wings back in the oven to cook for another 20. I called twice before my order came. Second time to cancel. While I was in the middle of ordering somewhere else, my order from Queens arrived. This was from the queen and Duke location ??
