Amazing place! Teachers are really nice and take good care of students individual needs.

Horrible service worker told me to leave to go get documents doors will close at 2:45 I got back before 2:45 and they locked me out then tells me nothing they can do . I want a refund or reschedule

This is is a excellent school. Mr Paul is good and very interactive with the class.Mrs Agris is a great teacher.Mrs Aliya is good at explaining and Mrs Rusazuinna is calm even when she is angry

Totally recommend Queen’s Collegiate for taking exams! Very flexible and kind. They waived a lot of extra charges, even though the mistake was on my end. Accommodated my crazy schedule (as I was wrapping up my studies under some inhuman deadlines), and expressed consideration and cooperation all on “last minute” basis!

This review is dedicated to an English teacher, who helped me to get the highest mark needed in CELPIP exam, Ruzanna Grigoryan. She works at Queen's collegiate and was appointed to me by the principal to have a 3h individual writing-class. My CELPIP score was 10,10,8,10. (I always struggled with writing so, I thought it was time to get some individual classes). Ruzanna was amazing. She pointed out my weakness in writing and made sure I corrected my mistakes in just 3h class. What I loved about her teaching method was that she pushed you to get the highest mark not just a 9. (I took enough exams in my life to know that aiming for 9 won't give you 12, but aiming 12 will certainly give you 9). I took the test again and scored 11,12,11 and 8 (speaking). I needed at least 9 in each band, so I took another 3h-class only in speaking, and specifically asked for Ruzanna. She was available and I was lucky enough to have her as my teacher again. She already knew my English level and I had proof that her teaching technique was effective (I increased my writing score from 8 to 11). After the speaking class, I had the test again and got 12,12,9,9. This was exactly what I needed for my EE-application. I know we work hard to reach our goals, but I also know that without the right guidance we lose time, money and faith in the system. Thank you Ruzanna, you saved me ?! Bella.

Excellent experience having CELPIP here in this location. Staffs are really helpful and professional. The whole test process is well organized. High recommended. If you wear your headset you almost won’t hear anyone else speaking and they will kindly give those who are too loud notice by showing them a written card. Very thoughtful idea!

I'm extremely happy that I found this school and especially the teacher Ms. Ruzanna Grigoryan. The best teacher ever! She helped me to achieve my goal for such a short period of time and get the marks that I needed in the CELPIP exam. Additionally, many thanks for her amazing personality who gave me energy, strength, optimism and a lot of knowledge for this exam.
