★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quebec Manor is a beautiful 107 year old stronghold in a neighborhood that is condoifying everything in its wake. The building boasts lightwells, a brick exterior, vaulted ceilings and a beautiful molded and tiled lobby. The Co-op ownership of the property serves as a great example of how flexible and creative affordable living spaces can be in the big city. Many great friends have lived here.
