The lady that manages the property bans guests with out valid reasoning and is knows for defermaion of charicter and slander runs the place on favoritism and disrespecting tenents I would NOT recommend planing to move there or move your parents there.... The city really needs to investigate this building manager and do something about it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Secure, quiet and clean. Visitors allowed, health workers attending to the elderly, almost all back to normal but, precautions still need to be carried on because of COVID-19 Variant. Oppenheimer Park has re-opened with green grass and healthy fresh air. Indeed it is a Vancouver City Housing building but, you have a kitchenette, half bathroom and security at an cost. I have never observed violence or outright vandalism. Keeping your door locked is a safe practice, but it adds to the peaceful attitude and atmosphere.
