 a place where we can expect pay delays imposed by labor standards are not respected it's been more than 1 month that I wait for my pay and must now have recourse to a lawyer to argue my rights. industry don the evening supervisor in quebec is intolerant and racist I do not recommend this company to anyone having a heart of his personal esteem

â â â â â Cela fais 20 ans que j'utilise des salopettes de travail et j'ai jamais eu de problĂšme autant qu'avec QuĂ©bec linge .....ils perdent les salopettes .....on les mets en rĂ©parations et sa revient exactement comme cĂ©tais avant .....jai 12 salopette dans le contrat et je manque rĂ©guliĂšrement de salopette pour faire la semaine car ils en manque....ce nes pas normal ....sa fais deux ans qu'on se bat avec eux et rien ne s'amĂ©liore ....sĂ©rieusement ces vraiment n'importe quoi je ne recommande pas cette compagnie ....
I have been using work overalls for 20 years and I have never had a problem as much as with Quebec linen ..... they lose the overalls ..... we put them in for repairs and it comes back exactly as it was before ..... I have 12 overalls in the contract and I regularly run out of overalls to do the week because they are missing .... it is not normal .... it's been two years that we have been fighting with them and nothing is improving .... seriously these really anything i do not recommend this company ....

Horrible customer service. The representative who has the contract signed is competent, but once it is signed, there is no way to contact her. Unfortunately, it is not better in the competition.

Au moins elle a eu l'idĂ©e de vĂ©rifier aprĂšs notre appel pour me dire 'Notre livreur avais fermĂ© votre dossier jusqu'au 28 octobre' belle initiative. Ridicule.
Close my file without notice, the receptionist does not even check and lie to me, telling me that I have an order that arrives around 9am. At least she had the idea to check after our call to tell me 'Our delivery man had closed your file until October 28', a great initiative. Ridiculous.

â â â â â Bon, on entend tout sorte d'histoireâŠ. le service est bon lorsqu'on me livre un tapis et 1 sac de guenille. Mais si ton linge est brisĂ©, bonne chance ! pour faire un plainte, sa va.... personne ne t'Ă©coute et rien ne se passe. Par contre si tu arrĂȘte de payer le patron va t'appeler. Jusque la tout va, mais mĂȘme lorsque ton linge se ramasse sur son bureau en lambeau, comme toujours rien ne se passe. Tu veux parler a ton reprĂ©sentant ben attend car son numĂ©ro de tĂ©lĂ©phone est confidentiel. Cela fait trois mois que j'attend mon linge en rĂ©paration. Il me reste 1 paire de pantalon que j'ai sur le dos et qui ne possĂšde plus de poche, qui est dĂ©cousu sur presque 50% des coutures du pantalon. Cela fait 4 ans que j'ai exactement les mĂȘmes morceaux de linge euuu maintenant guenille. Tout le monde est au courant dans la boite mais je n'ai toujours pas de suivi. Je ne sais meme pas si mon reprĂ©sentant m'en livrera et quand ce jour arrivera !!!! Par contre la facture elle n'est jamais en retard !!!
Well, we hear all kinds of historyâŠ. the service is good when a carpet and 1 bag of rags are delivered to me. But if your laundry is broken, good luck! to make a complaint, it's okay .... nobody listens to you and nothing happens. On the other hand if you stop paying the boss will call you. Until then everything is fine, but even when your laundry is collected on his tattered desk, as always nothing happens. You want to talk to your representative, well wait because his phone number is confidential. I've been waiting for my laundry to be repaired for three months. I still have 1 pair of pants that I have on the back and which no longer have a pocket, which is unstitched on almost 50% of the seams of the pants. It has been 4 years since I have had exactly the same pieces of laundry, now ragged. Everyone knows in the box but I still do not have a follow-up. I don't even know if my representative will deliver it to me and when that day will arrive !!!! On the other hand, the invoice is never late !!!

Mon hÎtel est parmi les mieux noté de Québec, mais mon entrée ne ressemble à rien, car chez Québec linge on me livre le tapis raté que vous voyez en photo ( tapis livrée ce matin)..."Ah oui , on va vous le changer, c'est promis, mais c'est pas moi c'est l'autre service qui ne fait pas son travail",etc.....

My hotel is among the highest rated in Quebec, but my entry is like nothing, because at Quebec linens they give me the carpet that you see in photo (carpet delivered this morning) ... "Oh yes, we'll you change, it's promised, but it's not me it's the other service that does not do its job ", etc .....
Incompetence, lies, hypocrisy ...

â â â â â Pantalons d'un employĂ© retournĂ©s, mais on continue de les payer, demande au livreur de faire les corrections, rien ne marche. Les directives ne passent pas. Il nous manque toujours des uniformes/tabliers que nous sommes obligĂ©s de les laver nous mĂȘme pour ĂȘtre sĂ»r d'ĂȘtre propres
Pants of an employee returned, but we continue to pay for them, ask the delivery man to make the corrections, nothing works. Directives do not pass. We are still missing uniforms / aprons that we have to wash them ourselves to be sure to be clean
