★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bast Emergency has been using Carol and her crew for years now and they are the best! The quality is top of the line, and so is the service.
Carol, is very knowledgeable about her products, if they do not carry what you are looking for she will find you something comparable or better. If this is not an option they will customize something for you.
I will always go back to CW And Company and I highly recommend!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am very disappointed in the unprofessionalism from this company. The seamstress did not repair two out of four items. She was unapologetic and self righteous on my return, although I had to make 2 trips from Toronto to collect the items. She was rude and discourteous. I understand that there is another alteration vendor in Collingwood and would utilize their services in the future as any level of service is vastly better than this. Avoid at all costs. I would have paid more for better service any day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What an absolute disappointment this small town business was. I had been trying to get to their store for many days, as their hours of service would conflict with my own schedule, and finally today after work I had time to go in to drop off my sons Winter jacket to be repaired and when I told them I could not wear a mask due to health issues, they told me to leave. Crazy how everyone says, support small businesses and yet the small business owners treat you this way. I will never return and I will make sure everyone I know hears about the way they treated me. Total discrimination. Oh well, their loss ?
