Very bad service with 7th century mentality, I could never find a job in my domain, complete waste of time, complete waste of tax money, completely useless and incompetent personnel, third world outdated system with third world mentality people. Absolute garbage, cold, depressive, retarded environment and logistics...

The agent they assign me while using their services was really helpful and nice to interact with so I seek his help. He's still as helpful as ever and took the time to guide me for my need even tho he's no longer in charge of my case. Super service, sure there's some limits to their capacity and don't deserve bad review for things out of their hands. Overall, every time I needed to go there I got the service I needed with the most polite and warm interaction. Never feel like they are discouraged to work like some past experience even at the end of the day asking multiple questions. In general I found most service better in the suburd except this office, keep up the good work.

A completely useless and bureaucracy organization that just waste the taxpayer's money. Because many Canadian government organizations don't have the cost-effectiveness indicator to evaluate their work service quality and performance, as the result, the Canadian taxpayers have always wasted huge money on many unreasonable policies and low cost-effectiveness performance organizations. Canadian people vote for the Canadian leaders only by their honey promises(oftenly, the Politicians' promises are just the political lies to flatter the voters to get their ballots for their power)+speech skills but not always by the politician's Talents + Virtues and by his/her past achievements-qualification. Does it make sense that Canada has always need new immigrants to meet the human resource requirements of labour marketing while keep the Canadian unemployment rate at 5%~ 9%? In fact, the employment rate(Canadian citizens/permanent residents employment rate) should be a key indicator to assess the Quebec Emploi & Placement organization service quality and their cost-effective performance. Because the Quebec Emploi & Placement organization plays a key bridge role for government decision makers to make the wisest political policy to stimulate economy developing. Canadian government should encourage all qualified Canadians to work and make sure all talent Canadian who want to work can get a job to be financial independently! Canadian government should not waste Canadian human resource to encourage Canadians to depend on welfare or force/encourage Canadian people to become the government' beggars.
