They know real estate on another level. John was so awesome with booking all our visits flawlessly, moved some visits around for us & we got An accepted offer on our first bid ?? I really feel like I connected more than just having an agent but someone who cares & has our back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To be honest we did expect our house to sell quickly given the current market conditions, however we did not expect the demand to be so high.
This created an opportunity to extract more value than what we had anticipated. Giancarlo was very proficient at taking advantage of that and negotiating to get us a price AND conditions that we were not even considering possible prior to that.
Bottom line is we probably could have sold for the listed price without Qube, but we would have never been able to get what we eventually got and this easily makes up for the commission... multiple times.
