At the initial meeting she came armed with all the pertinent information of sales in your area. Based on those statistics and the current pulse of the market, you come to a collaborative decision on the value of your home.Once on the market you are given updates and the reactions of the prospective buyers.
All the brokers and the office staff are supportive and responsive to inquiries and as a client you feel valued and protected.
I recommend Christina Real Estate Group highly as a happy customer with a sold sign in short order.

We have always been pleased with the service we have received. Everybody on the team is extremely professional, knowledgeable and thorough. We always get the “real goods” form Christina and her team and don’t ever get surprises.
We recently bought a condo and dealt primarily with Pascal and Christina on the transaction. It was a competitive mutli-bid process and we relied on advice from the team to navigate the situation and ultimately buy the condo. We initially got an appraisal that wasn’t reflective of the market. Our banker suggested we get a second opinion and we relied heavily on some key information that Pascal provided on suitable comparables. In the end, the new appraisal came in right in line with expectations and the info that the Christina Miller Group provided was a key factor. As we now approach the closing date, we have needed a few pieces of additional info for our banker, notary, and insurance company. Again, the process has been smooth and we have received everything we needed.
We would highly recommend the Christina Miller Group to anybody buying or selling a property.
