Do yourself a favor, look elsewhere ... They treat their tenants like cattle, no respect for your rights, hidden vices and so on.

Pas de service en rapport le prix. Nous avons attendu pendant 2ans pour avoir un stationnement intérieur et pendant que la personne responsable nous disait qu'il n'y avait aucune place disponible ils sont loue aux neuves locataires avec stationnement intérieur.
Zéro étoiles.
No service in relation to the price. Four days already without air conditioning and no one takes responsibility.
No service in relation to the price. We waited for 2 years for indoor parking and while the person in charge told us that there was no space available they are rented to new tenants with indoor parking.
