★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mauvais propriétaires, ils veulent mettre les locataires dehors avant la fin de leur bail et les enguelent lorsqu'ils rétorquent que leurs déménageurs sont réservés pour le 1er juillet seulement. Ordinaire pour le prix des logements.
 Bad landlords, they want to put the tenants out before the end of their lease and yell at them when they retort that their movers are reserved for July 1st only. Ordinary for housing prices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prix exorbitants pour presque rien, aucun service et des proprios qui se foutent complètement de leurs locataires, tant qu'ils ont votre argent! Ils sont zéro accommodant pour des choses comme un déménagement, ce qui est déjà un moment stressant à la base.
Exorbitant prices for almost nothing, no service and landlords who don't give a damn about their tenants, as long as they have your money! They are zero accommodating for things like a move, which is already a stressful time to begin with.

Je devais déménager de l’étranger pour m’établir au Québec et j’ai fait toute la démarche par téléphone et par email sans aucun problème. Je suis très satisfait de mon studio. En plus, le IGA dans le building est très pratique et la place est très bien située.
I had an excellent experience with Quartier QB. I had to move from abroad to settle in Quebec and I did the whole process by phone and email without any problem. I am very satisfied with my studio. In addition, the IGA in the building is very practical and the place is very well located.

Prix démesuré pour la qualité des services.
Le parking n'est pas inclus, alors que beaucoup de logements de même qualité l'inclus avec un prix plus avantageux.
Je ne recommande pas de louer au Quartier Qb personnellement.
Le seul point positif est que le logement est très beau et bien situé.
No customer service.
Overpriced for the quality of service.
Parking is not included, while many accommodations of the same quality include it with a more advantageous price.
I don't recommend renting at Quartier Qb personally.
The only positive point is that the accommodation is very beautiful and well located.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family and I just moved to Quartier QB few weeks ago. The staffs here are very helpful and cheerful. We are so happy to live in QB because of the nice environment, well-equipped room and the strong security system. It is a peaceful place to live in and it's so convenient to go shopping. IGA is just downstairs and 10-15mins walk to University Laval. Highly Recommend to families or international students :)
*we love the common area and my girl can go riding bicycle easily

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I moved to Quartier QB a month ago from Toronto for my job. I found the building very well established and with excellent service from the management team. It’s the best location to commute with bus stop at door step. IGA market in the building and 20mm a walk to Laurier Quebec, Place Ste-foy etc.
