★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'équipe est venue chez moi faire la toiture de la maison mais n'ont pas fait le garage tel que prevue. À de nombreuses reprises je les ai appelés et à chaque fois ils me disent qu'ils vont bientot passé. Plus de 2 semaines plus tard toujours aucun signe de déneigeur mais ça fait 3x qu'ils m'appelent pour le paiment. Sans compter le fait que lorsqu'ils ont fais la maison il n'int jamais déneigé les balcons où ils ont envoyé la neige. Ils avaient pourtant specifié qu'ils allaient nettoyer si ils envoyaient de la neige la où je suis supposé circuler.
The team came to my house to roof the house but did not make the garage as expected. On many occasions I called them and each time they tell me that they will soon be gone. More than 2 weeks later still no sign of snowmaker but it is 3x they call me for the payment. Not to mention the fact that when they made the house he never snow plowed the balconies where they sent the snow. They had, however, specified that they would clean up if they sent snow where I am supposed to go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'aurais bien aimé donner une note sur la qualité du service.... mais comme après 3 semaines d'attente pour le r-v a 8h00 personne ne s'est présenté, je ne peux le faire. Quand j'ai réussis à les joindre en après-midi, ont m'a dit que ce serait plus tard dans la journée... et non... donc le lendemain matin, je reçois un appel pour me dire qu'ils seront là vers 13h00... et non.. Donc j'ai pris 1 journée et demi de congé pour attendre une équipe qui ne s'est jamais présenté !! Un gros Zero pour la fiabilité et le professionnalisme..
I would have liked to give a note on the quality of the service .... but as after 3 weeks of waiting for the r-v at 8:00 no one showed up, I can not do it. When I managed to reach them in the afternoon, they said it would be later in the day ... and no ... so the next morning, I get a call to tell me they will be there around 13:00 ... and no .. So I took a day and a half off to wait for a team that never showed up! A big Zero for reliability and professionalism ..
