★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not sure why my past review was removed. Terrible customer service, I had to send over 100 inquiries and it took more than a year to resolve all issues. Dishonest about condo fees, etc. This is not a company I would recommend as they have terrible customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ no models...just floor plans on paper...not even some sort of virtual software to show what the townhomes will look like on computer...its not 1990's ... Greenwich..use the technology to show what you are trying to sell so the buyer can get an idea of what he is potentially buying...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to the sales office asked politely if I could get some information about the project and current available units, the lady rudely replied ''INFORMATION ON WHAT ??'' As soon as I mentioned townhouse, she cut me off saying they're all sold.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stay away from this project. Sotramont will just string you along over and over with any issues you have after delivery of your overpriced home. Their "extras" have a markup of at least 200%
Also the condo fees were advertised at about $100 per month, we're paying $210 now

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi I'm interested on Prima houses but they don't have any model house or a picture of interiors after it is built.
I read some owners had bad experience.
How can I get more information or picutres, specially the Kitchen and Attic. Kitchen had 2 cabinets in the picutre, is that enough? do they customize to add more?
How is life in Prima houses? the neighbours, quality of materials, shared parking.
Thanks for your help! I don't know how can I make a decision to spend 600K by seeing 3 pictures and paper plan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So far extremely disappointed with the Prima project, for the price we paid, we expected much better quality. Hardwood floors get damaged and dented extremely easily... The range hood fan pipe that comes out of the ceiling for all units was not installed correctly because there was a beam in the way, so Sotramont is expecting all owners to pay out of their own pockets to fix this, because no normal range hood fan will actually fit. The painters did a terrible job, you'll see the shape of the tape that holds the 2 pieces of gyprock in basically every single room and on the ceilings as well. Many floor boards have defects but the supplier/subcontractor refuses to fix it because they say "its part of the wood".
All problems that have appeared since moving in have basically not been fixed and seems that they refuse to fix them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not impressed. On a busy Sunday, the two sales reps we're not organized with the clients walk in process. There is no model home to get a real feel of the project. They simply spoke about price and didn't really sell the hourse, the "area" and what is upcoming for this area. For almost 750k? I'll take my investment elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This new home contractor, is building lots of new homes, mostly condos and apartments. Getting through to the sales team is a challenge and these days it looks like this company is only going through online appointments. Pricing for these homes is not cheap, at all. However, nothing these days are all that cheap with this current home buying market. I have a friend that bought one of these units and has complained to me many times about the after sales support. He basically calls it non existent. He also mentioned to me that there seems to be a high turnover of employees at the sales office. Best to see for yourself.
