★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hesitated writing this review but I don't want people to experience the same thing I went through. A few weeks ago I was at the HSC where I work and I lost my money. It was only $5.00 but I just wanted to call and let the company know because I did not want this to happen to anyone else. I was not worried about getting my money back but the face that I was not even offered a refund was disrespectful. When I was trying to tell the lady who answered the phone what the problem was she was very quick and really did not let me talk and then said have a good day and hung up the phone. I am almost certain that any good review regarding this company is written by the employees. CUSTOMERS BEWARE TRY NOT TO USE ANY OF THEIR MACHINES AND TRY TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMAPNY ALL TOGETHER

Cryptic Versus on Google
★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently at work our vending machines where taken over by Quality. First thing they did was replace all the machines with new ones and then raise the prices on everything. I understand this, as the last company that owned the machines was small and only had two employees (both where the owners for 20 years +) and the machines themselves where very dated but worked perfectly fine.
However what I did not expect was the lack of quality. Recently I purchased a milk from thier machine at my work on August 28th. The expire date on the milk read August 3rd.... hmmm. I called thier office to let them know about my expired purchase. I was told someone would leave my refund at the front desk of my work, and someone did. I thought the employee would have went and checked the machine for other expired products, but he did not. I called back and said that thier was more expired milk and sandwiches in the machine, and that the employee didn't check the machines. Thier response was that he was only thier to give my refund and that the machines would be checked later... and that "I SHOULD MAKE A NOTE, AND PLACE IT ON THE MACHINE".... sure... fast forward to August 31st.. and the expired milk is still in the machine... An employee of Quality was checking the machines and didn't event look at the bottom half of the machine for expired products. I had to walk up to him and point it out.... his rude reply was "what milk".. once he saw the milk he tossed it out..
And then left....
Fyi, this is an ongoing problem with this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently called regarding an issue with one of the machines now keep in mind our office has had machine with quality vending for years. The lady who answered the phone who’s name is Malory or Melody something along those lines had absolutely no customer service skills at at all. She is one of the rudest people I have honestly ever talked to. If you want to better your service maybe find a new peroson!!!! This one star is generous

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We recently switched coffee providers at my workplace. Quality vending and their representative; David, brewed up several types of coffee to sample. During the sampling I asked David for a particular product and David set me up with my item, no questions asked! Very professional, friendly and I greatly appreciate the effort he took to help me out. Going forward, I will purchase my tea direct from the company!

The person who gets my order is very accommodating and the delivery guy is really courteous. I would gladly recommend Quality Vending to other companies in a heart beat!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our company gets our coffee and supplies from Quality. We are very pleased with their service. Orders always arrive on time and complete. They are very accommodating, when I miss placing an order. I can call the day before delivery and they will still provide my order. The driver who delivers is very friendly, and always has a smile. They always ensure that our supplies are topped up: ie: coffee filters. All in all, the employees at Quality are very friendly. I have not had any complaints about this company from my peers!!

The people are so nice and friendly and have knowledge of the products they are selling. Also I wanted to mention about a rep who i speak mostly every time I call, her name is Mallory, she is very sweet and polite. She gives detailed information about the products and services provided. Love the tea and coffee. Keep it up!
