it means in Ramadan you increase prices? and no one even complain about it? Rudy behavior. Better not to go this grocery store! Prices are comparatively high.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yesterday, I bought from the Quality Superstore a pack of Tava Fresh Whole Wheat Paratha with the assurance that it is fresh., when I open the pack at home for eating, I was shocked to see that all the parathas have fungus. It is very deplorable that they keep and sell stale food. One of my family members who eat one of the parathas has an upset stomach. I am intent to complain about it to the health department. Today, when I went to the store to inform about the incident and return the pack the customer service representative instead of apologetic was very rude.

Shelves are always full, Aisles are clean and very well organized.
Exceptional customer service by knowledgeable and helpful associates.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been coming to Quality Supermarket for past 5 year. I have no issues untill yeaterday when i can to meat section and the guy in their (MAHAD) swearing alot. (ITNI GANDI GALIYAN). I was so embrassed to stay their and i left from the store. I know the owner personally and this kind of things never happened in this store. Plz talk to your employee and correct his behaviour. Thank you.

The person operating the meat shop is quite rude though. I asked him for to split the chicken into two packets and he said we don't do that you can go elsewhere. Maybe he was having a bad day but I found it quite rude. I prefer Pak Foods because of the poor attitude of the staff which offers the same items plus some more at a slight premium.
