G	Greg Beith on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service. Did not complete tailoring as discussed. When asked to repair it properly they made a mess of the garment and added poor stitching on top of poor serging on top of the wrong repair and still failed to complete the task.

J	Jeffrey Matthews on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After having a $500 French hoodie collected at my house by this company for dry cleaning, some little girl phoned me up a couple of days later and basically accused me of trying to abscond over a $24 payment and demanded payment immediately with a credit card, which I paid, immediately, with a credit card. I actually couldn’t believe what I was hearing. I gave the manger the opportunity to correct this privately but he dug in with the ludicrous accusation and told me I should have paid in advance and that they “always require payment in advance” which is total nonsense because they never have requested it in the dozens of times I’ve dropped things off. I don’t know if there’s new owners or what’s going on but I must warn against using this company now and everybody in my family refuses to go to them anymore. If they had just apologized, I would have accepted it and that would have been the end of it. Ironically, the cleaning was good.
J	Julie Maltais on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to get a zipper replaced (I had the replacement zipper). They want $32 plus tax!! It's not a complicated fix. That's not what makes me mad. What made me mad was the rude face the lady made when I mentioned I'm going to look for a better price. I work in the service industry and I have to be nice. Is it wrong to expect the same?
