Lots of communication and follow up. We did a lot of searching and were quite happy in the end to purchase from here. Great used vehicle company worth your time and money.

You can tell Alistair is a reliable guy who takes pride in providing great vehicles at a reasonable price. He made the experience of buying a car easy and enjoyable. Edit: I had a problem with the washer fluid component of the car and I called Alistair and he fixed it the very next day. He even drove into Red Deer to bring me the car and bought me lunch because he felt bad we hadn’t noticed the issue when I was buying the car. He went above and beyond my expectations and I would recommend Quality Car Company to anybody. Thank you Alistair!

I was crushed at the thought not being able to deliver or meet new people. I went down to Quality cars and I have not been treated in the manner that I was treated there for a long time. I told them my delema and I was able to drive off their lot with a 2015 Ford Taurus. I was looked after and they cared I was crushed at the fact I had a business to run and being able to do what I loved, was very important to me. If you want to be heard and treated with respect. I Highly, would recommend them first if you are in need of another car. Thank you guys, I love my new car.

Well let me tell you that should have been a red flag, if you do ignore this review and do bring your business to these fellas DO NOT PAY CASH!!!! They tried to weasel an additional 1000 dollars out of me saying I never paid the down payment for my vehicle, well I've got a bill of sale of and less 1000 dollars that says otherwise, now fast forward to February 2022, having only put an additional 9000 km on the vehicle the transmission fell out costing me 3 grand!!! Now being that I past on the 3000 dollar "extended warranty" they offer that wouldn't even have covered this, I phoned these guys to see if they would do anything to help with my bill, knowing full well they didn't have too but it was worth a shot, and not only did they not do a thing to help, BUT HE AGAIN ASKED ME FOR MORE MONEY!!!! I guess what I'm trying to say is stay away from those guys, or at least be very wary of the shady way they conduct business

No offense. Down to earth guy and helpful when we were figuring what vehicle best suited our needs. Transaction was quick and stress free. Trade in value on previous vehicle wasn't a rip off either, which in my experience big dealerships tend to rip u off. Super happy with our purchase!
