For the last project we found we had a very very old system and QLogic were very clear about what needed to be done to ensure time and money were not wasted. We needed a whole new system (2nd opinion fro the septic pump group also suggested the same) which is no small endeavour. Q Logic were on time and on budget. Site supervision and direction was very professional. We had a few questions in the months that followed and the Q Logic team responded immediately and came to have a look just to be sure all was as it should be.

Initially, we thought it was a plumbing problem, so called in AI Plumbing who identified the problem but told us we would not qualify for a new septic system as we are too close to the river and didn't have enough property to install a new system. Q-Logic came to our rescue. They got all the permits required and installed a Waterloo Shed system that requires a minimum of space. We got our new system in May and it's been working great.
